Alba Arenas Martin
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Alba Arenas Martin is the Managing Director of Ohana Centre. Alba provides professional leadership & management of the centre whilst ensuring the overall daily operations of the company are effective and at the highest standard.
Alba is passionate about the values and benefits of providing Early Intervention to autistic children and children with special educational needs. Her professional experience in SEND Education and Early Intervention led her to lead the methodology and pedagogy at Ohana Centre.
Alba is an experienced SEND teacher and SENCO and specialises in Early Childhood and General Primary Education. She gained Early Years Teacher Status & Qualified Teacher Status from the Department of Education in England and a Bachelor's Honours Degree in Teaching Early Childhood Education from the Universidad de Alicante, Spain.
Alba has over 15 years of experience in Early Childhood & Primary Education. Before Joining Ohana Centre, Alba was Director of Petra Place, Early Intervention Centre. Alba also has significant experience working on the management team and SENCO lead in a Nursery rated outstanding by OFSTED. Previous to that, Alba worked teaching in a SEND Primary school for children aged 2 to 11 with severe learning difficulties (SLD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), Autism (ASD) and complex medical needs.
SARAH DOYLE

Sarah is an Early Years specialist with a blend of skills and experience gained from hands-on early years practice and management, parenting support, and working in an early years advisory and training capacity. She has specialist knowledge of the Early Years education framework and 15 years of experience supporting a range of early years settings and practitioners to develop their skills and quality of practice, specifically in Special Educational Needs provision and support.
Sarah credits her youngest son, who is Autistic, as her most valuable source of experience, teaching her more about the complexities and differences in development and parenting. Sarah was Nursery Consultant and Parents Support at Petra's Place, and she is delighted to be back at Ohana Centre in such a supportive and creative environment as part of the Senior Management Team to help develop our Early Intervention Centre into a centre of excellence.
SADAF KHAN

Sadaf is EYTS qualified and a Qualified Level 3 Early Years SENCO who has worked in childcare for 10 years in different Early Years settings and has significant experience working with autistic children. Sadaf provides professional support and guidance to the team, contributing to the overall management of Ohana Centre.
Sadaf has attained a Degree in Professional Psychology. During her training, she worked with autistic children and children with special needs in a hospital specialising in cancer and providing psychological support. During her time working with children, she has attained many skills, strategies, and techniques on how to support all children in their development and cater to their individual needs.
Sadaf has a very creative mind which she puts towards the planning and learning of the children. She has a big passion for Communication and Language and Expressive Art and Design and combines these areas in her activity planning.
